Utah State Law requires that all students must submit a completed immunization record to the school BEFORE the first day of school. To see the details and required shots please refer to our Counseling link.
This information is needed PRIOR to receiving your next year's school schedule. Please submit the records to our Counseling office as soon as you are able to avoid lengthy lines in August.
